CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

You can sign up for class online. Reservations may be cancelled up until Nov 30, 2009 (1st day of classes). After which time no refunds will be available. The specified amount is due on or before November 30, 2009 (unless arrangements were made in advance) and is non-refundable.

TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

Before enrollment, we strongly encourage applicants to consider the time and commitment required on the path to enlightenment. Please look at the times and dates before registering. Once a class has started if a student decides that he/she is unable to complete the course the monies are non-refundable. If an e-mail or letter is written to the administration with a request to withdraw, arrangements may be made to go into the course again at a later time period. If approved, the student will begin again at the start of the following class schedule. Requests will not be considered until received in writing. We understand that emergencies and other life situations do arise. We recommend that you carefully review your schedule and upcoming obligations to ensure that you can commit fully to the enlightenment training. There are no "make up" classes available.

Apsychicboutique.com its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("PMF") offer Apsychicboutique.com’s services to you, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. In order to access certain services, you may be required to provide current, accurate identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process and/or continued use of Apsychicboutique’s services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Apsychicboutique.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Apsychicboutique.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.

APPROPRIATE CONDUCT

Apsychicboutique.com reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to pre-screen, refuse or move any Content available via Apsychicboutique.com services. You understand that by using Apsychicboutique.com services you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable, and that you use Apsychicboutique.com services at your own risk. For some services, Apsychicboutique.com does not provide tools to filter out adult content.

To report any activity or Content that may violate the Terms of Service, please contact the administration at Apsychicboutique.com. In addition to this agreement, your use of some specific Apsychicboutique.com services is governed by the policies or guidelines that are presented to you when you sign up for or access those services and which are specifically incorporated into this Terms of Service.

Users outside of the United States agree to comply with their own local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data to and from the United States or your country of residence.
